Well, the 2015 family reunion has come and gone. We all had a great time and are looking forward to next years which we plan to hold on Saturday, May 21st, 2015 at the location in Springfield, Ohio. The post below gives pictures and directions on where the location is at. Everyone mark the date on your calendar now so you won’t forget! We have to call after January 1st to make the reservation so we won’t know if the date is firm till then. I’ll post updates here and on our Facebook Group.

We plan for things to start around 4 pm. This will allow for things to cool off a bit and shade to move over the playground area and we should still finish early enough for those that want to get home before it gets dark.

The Kentucky part of the clan really hopes that more of you make it to this one as we look forward to catching up with everyone!

The Pearson Family Calendar we make up for the 2012 reunion is now available for purchase on Lulu.com. It’s a twelve month calendar that runs from July 2012 – June 2013 and is a 13×19″ wall calendar. 2010 Pearson Family Reunion

Come one come all to the 2012 Pearson Family reunion. This year’s reunion is being hosted by the Kentucky part of our clan and it will be held in Louisville, Ky, with organizers being Aunt Jean, Jim Pearson and April Galloway.

We hope that you’ll make plans to join us. If you can’t fit all three days into your schedule try to make the reunion meeting and program on Sunday, June 3rd starting at noon Louisville time. The meeting will be at the La Quinta Inn & Suites Louisville.

We’ve got a block of ten rooms setup at The La Quinta Inn & Suites Louisville that  is  located in Blankenbaker Crossings, within the Bluegrass Business Park. Their address is: 1501 Alliant Ave, Louisville, KY 40299, Phone: 1-502-267-8889, Fax: 1-502-267-5831.

These rooms will be available on first come first serve and will be available for reservation till May 18th at which time they’ll be released. They may still have rooms after this date, but rates and availability may be different. Of course there’s other places to stay in the area and you’re free to do so, but this is where the reunion meeting a lunch will be.

Room prices are, Queen Double (Sleeps 4 adults) is $85 a night plus taxes, they have six of these reserved. King w/hideway bed, is $95 a night plus taxes. Ask for the Pearson Reunion.

The only group trip we’ll be taking for those who are interested is to the Kentucky Renaissance Fair in Eminence, Ky on their opening day June 2nd. Let us know if you’re interested in going along on this outing as if we have enough people we may be able to get a group rate.

During this years reunion we will present a video where Aunt Jean speaks about all her brothers and sisters. Topics include: How they got their nicknames, what they were like, what it was like growing up with a big family, life during the depression and war, among other things.
